Hello! I posted about a chat I decided to start working on a few weeks ago, and I've come back with huge updates. The old thread displayed very early work, so I've come back with a nearly finished product to display. I'll start out with the guest login and work my way through the features.

First look at Permanent rooms -- Rooms which stay even after the room is cleared. The host can always come back and will be remembered as the host. These rooms can only be created by admins/mods. They have priority over normal rooms, so they always appear at the top.
