I recently took a gamble on eating Indian food again. I hadn't had any in like.. 5 years or so. I ended up having an allergic reaction back then and never found out why but I really missed the variety of curry. Let me tell you, it was WORTH IT. I'm slowly going about trying each dish again to narrow down what I'm allergic to. Though, it might not be a dish in its entirety, but the oil used which is usually dependent on the people making it. It sucks cuz over the years, my body is becoming more picky when it comes to flavor binding ingredients like oils, butter, fat, etc. I can't even take two bites a good burger without feeling ill due to the grease. This is like being allergic to fucking salt. You never truly realize how many things use it until your body attacks you for eating it. TwT"
