Manny Pacquiao was again accused by Floyd Mayweather Jr. for using drugs after his fight against Mosley.
So,a test went on and the result was negative and this means that his accusation is not true...
why is he always accusing Pacquiao using drugs?
Is he scared or just want to ruin Pacquiao's boxing career?

He's been scared to fight him for ever now. If he doesn't do it now, it won't mean much even if he does it later - Pacquiao's at the peak of his career right now, if he takes the challenge in a few years' time it won't be worth as much anymore.
Mayweather's just making himself look bad by dodging the fight like this so much.
