Welcome to the Random Thought Thread (RTT).

The random thought thread can be used to discuss pretty much anything. Debate, talk about your day, and to just post random daily thoughts that may come to you. Don't worry about double posts here.

This is my first time making an RTT! Maybe this one will move faster than 54 did lol.

Got bored and came back

Bought Code Vein, it's a fun game.

Slow reading a book on stoasism.. almost done

Finally, feeding a random stray cat, that cat never gave me grief like humans...probably going to continue

I finally bought printer ink.
I've been out of black ink for almost a year now. Turns out the Office Depot next door to my job sells it. It was $50, which is not great, but at least I didn't have to buy it online and pay dumb shipping fees.

Question for all (6)

Long time fans of durara do you think there will ever be a fandom like durara again? I a BIG TIME fan of durara since i was about 13 (I'm 18 now yeah soooo old) but i remember so many versions of the dollars chatroom and catching with other anonymous fans and I just overall remember having a blast. Do you guys think something like that could ever happen again?

4 Name: Voracity : 2026-06-26 22:41 ID:BpCV++F4 [Del]

Unfortunately I don't believe another fandom like this will happen. I could be wrong and maybe something similar that is close enough will come along, but it seems to me that the internet is simultaneously becoming more fractured while also being less explored. If something like DRRR were to come out today I imagine it'd have a lot of fans, but most of them would settle for watching shorts on Youtube or Tik Tok rather than seek out any sort of chat or forum. A lot of the older community types are dying out. Being replaced by streams, shorts and the occasional discord server. =/

Somethings are a once in a life time experience and yet there is a chance for either a resurrection or a spiritual successor. I love to let a thing B , to let it live , and to let it perish according to the dictates of our reality. Let Fate decide.Just be glad your were fortunate to experience it.

Most fans are probably in Discord servers now or have private group chats after meeting each other irl in conventions. I treasure forum style discussions too, but that's not really the popular mode of fan content anymore....

Three Word Game ! Part 2 (870)

1 Name: Hatash!HATStoI1IE : 2014-12-07 00:39 ID:RCapnOhh [Del]

Well, now that that thread is (finally) over, I guess it's time we start a new one!

This game is quite simple...One person replies with 3 words for the story. While at that the next person post another 3 words. They at least have to make sense and such.

So yeah, example:

Dood 1: There once was
Dood 2: a bagel dog
Dood 3: who was king
Dood 4: of Germany. He
Blablabla and so on.

Let's talk super powers! (182)

1 Name: Soma : 2011-05-20 00:49 ID:3Dzz7aYb [Del]

I just saw the trailer for X-Men First Class (so excited) and it made me think about superpowers! Personally, I always think about what it would be like to have superpowers, I think about it daily actually, haha. What about you guys? Do you have any superpowers you would love to have and why?

Here's one of mine and my reason:

Teleportation;
I think about this one the most. My reason for wanting this power is so I would be able travel where ever I wanted and see everything I've always wanted to see. I could go anywhere without having to drive or and it would be quick and easy. It would be a simple escape, you know? And I want to be with someone who lives pretty far from me who I think about a lot and I really wish it was as easy as being able to teleport to where they're at

Also clones are still a thing.

I know this is an old post but honestly I'd love to have any form of invincibility!! since I couldnt take any damage!!

>>181 invincibility is nice but old age always gets ya. Being an immortal sounds nice for an introvert. Just imagine floating around space after the sun explodes and you wait for whatever world you'd stumble upon in the vastness of space.
