I've Been helping everyone out as much as I can, But now its my turn to ask for help. Please. My friend has a boyfriend and They're REALLY Happy! But this @$$hole keeps spreading rumors that shes cheating on him! I know for a fact she isn't, and Im -This close to beating him within an inch of his life. Any suggestions?

Righteo. There are various ways to go about this, depending on what's appropriate:

A) Confront him directly and tell him to provide proof if your friend is cheating.
B) Be nice and spread rumours about him too.
C) If you reckon he's a douche and your friend doesn't need that sort of bf then organise a dump-a-roo.

Why not just leave it alone? Sounds dumb Right? But it's the best you could do. Because if the rumors are not true why do you feel guilty?

What Ryo said. Leave dumb rumors alone; but if things start getting serious, contact someone of higher authority immediately.
