Ok, so I come back from a very unfulfilling religious ed class and on the drive home, this wave of emotions hit me.I suddenly felt really angry and sad at the same time. I felt empty and everything seems a shade darker than its supposed to be. An hour later, I'm crying, listening to sad music and holding stuffed animals in an effort to comfort myself. This really worries me since I'm usually a cheery guy. 90% f the time, I'm smiling and the other 10% I keep a straight face because I am in the middle of ordering food on the lunch line. I really don't know why I had a small mental breakdown. I'm fine now, but I still would like some outside opinions.

I'm generally a happy person as well, so I totally understand where you're coming from.

I think you might have held in all those emotions for too long. Not to worry, a good cry or outburst of anger is OK. Just don't drag down others with it and it's completely healthy =)

>>1 The cause of your problem is your very unfulfilling religious ed class.

Maybe you just needed a cry?
Try and figure out what made you so upset

>>1 I've had those situations before. Just how >>2 said, coping emotions can lead to a lot of mental breakdowns later, and that has happened with me a lot of times :/ I'm generally a really happy person too, it's just that I tend to fall down to the Earth when my thoughts suddenly hit me.
