i personally believe that being goofy is a positive thing. it gives you a personality and i have to admit. when you said that you sometimes look at dogs and hope that they won be hit by a car. well, i found it funny :P goofy people are the best if you ask me because they always have random opinions and i only have to talk for 10 minutes with my goofy best friend before i stop breathing of laughter. but don´t take me wrong here okay? there are certain levels of goofiness that is acceptable. in some situations can goofiness be a total catastrophe. but there are times when you need a goofy person.
i am a goofy person myself. and when i meet new people i alway smile and i am filled with energy. i do seem stupid sometimes. but people call me cute for that. probably cuz the way i try to solve the problem just becomes hilarious and awkward for me. i am short and also considered cute for that as well. i am a cute little goofy girl who are loved by many. goofy people are not bad. unless they get too goofy and end up like like a psycho! but my point is that before you judge, you should see it from a different perspective. how can you say that a person has it all when you never followed their life trough their own eyes?
