How do you actually begin to trust other people or even yourself? I've been thinking lately that I've never learned how to truly trust. I would just said I did even though I never really did.

I have learnt to only trust myself, since I cannot seem to understand what others are thinking, which leaves everything up to speculation. I tend to place bets instead of trust in others, by that, I mean that I don't expect much from them but still have some hopes for them, so I am pretty happy if they fulfill my expectations and if not, it feels less like a disappointment and more like a lost bet. I can deal with that.

It was a handle I used on a old pc game. It has no meaning towards race or anything it was just. It was based off a guy named Kodeman. I took his name and modified it some. The color is a random one as black tends to be one of my fav colors.

Also I do the same thing with placing bets in others. I do like your outlook on trust though it makes sense and seems like it would work.
