Can someone give me a good way to express my love for someone I had a crush on for years and finally worked enough courage to tell her but I don't know how...

Well I've never asked anyone out, but I wouldn't recommend asking in an awkward moment or out of the blue. Read her body language, sense the atmosphere, if it feels safe then spark up a casual conversation then try asking her :3

I agree with Akane dont wait untill its too late just find a good time when the two of you are alone, or if there isnt a good time make one ask her to come talk to u alone and then just tell her something along the lines of "(insert name here) Ive liked you for a really long time ( describe the things u like about her here and make sure its not all looks) this is the way I feel and I was wondering if you felt the same way and would go out with me? dosnt have to ne that but theres a starting template incase u cant think of words.

I never asked someone out before but i think you need to let her show you have intrest in her by talking more to her etc. After that make some time alone for the two of you and ask her out. nah man keep trying to get her she could be good for you just try not to be too weird or odd ok because thats kinda what happened to me and it went alright ps dont ever let anybody crush your hopes...because only you should be able to have that decision just keep strong

Well get closer with her, to the point where she can trust you a lot, pay attention to hints, if she gives you hints, then just tell her. Straight out, but make sure you're alone otherwise she might get embarrassed. If you do it in a round a bout way, it can kind of cause her to look the other way.

It's as simple as you make it sound: tell her. What do you think is going to happen? She'll hate you? She'll spread rumors about you? If she is a friend like you said, then you do not need to be afraid of this. Disappointment is temporary and regardless of the result one day you will look back on this with a smile on your face.
