someone confessed to me and i don't know how to respond. I feel like i'm going to regret whatever i choose. And yes, this is my first so i don't really know what to do

Without any further informations,it's hard to help you.I think you should give him/her a chance,for at least one date to see if you go along well.Think about the pros and the cons:What can you possibly lose?

If this person is beautiful and nice, accept. (you said confessed it means this person asked you out, right?) You see, if you refuse, you will probably stop talking, most idiots do so. But if you accept, it would just be better in all ways, and in the end you'll break up anyways. But if you don't like this person by any little thing, just screw it, you don't have to care if you don't want this person to be a part of your life

First, I wanna say thanks for replying. Well, this person who confessed to me is someone who I've known almost all my life. A childhood friend? My classmates always tease us whenever they have the chance. He's not perfect. He is not handsome just ordinary. He's very smart but he's not very nice sometime. But he is always nice to me. I'm not good with words and I'm very shy. I don't know how to respond to his confession properly. How should I accept his confession? Directly? Face to face? Is there any other way?

First off why didn't you responded when he confessed? Did you postpone it? If so then you could always text him or talk to him in school it doesn't matter how as long as your message is relayed properly.

Mizukii I have a friend like you and i wanted to confess to her for a while but every time i try i just freeze and change the subject like the awkward mess i am. You should respond to him in private with no one else around to tease you two ( because her friends tease me and her as well when they have a chance) that way you two can talk it. Then you'll have a beautiful relationship.
