>>2 I kind of think the same thing about writing.
As for the OP, I have a few bits of advice for you. First of all, you should relax. If you don't know how, then take
>>3 that idea. It's probably the most effective way to relax. Next, you need to sleep. Make sure you're getting the proper amount of sleep every night. Everybody is different, but I find that I work best with 7-8 hours of sleep. Sleep also helps you relax, and getting the proper amount makes you feel better the next day. Try from 8 hours, since that's recommended for most people then shift a little to each side and continue until you hit the right number. Remember that too much sleep can be just as harmful as too little. You'll know when you got it right. You'll feel better than ever before. Next, find a medium to let out whatever you're feeling on.
>>2 uses drawing. I use writing. I have a friend who uses clothes. I have another who uses knitting. It's whatever you enjoy doing. You have to be able to express your emotions while doing it though. Last, find inspiration. Mine lies within my friends. Other people's lies within other things. I have a friend who's inspiration lies within site seeing. I have another friend's who's inspiration lies within animals. Each person is different. Try different things until you get it write. You'll know when you have it write because our ideas will overflow in doing so.
