I have noticed a lot of people on here with Anger issues, I can not belive how bad they seem to be.I used to have anger issues that was just as bad, but I just thought about why i was mad, the real reason, and it was all because of a bunch of bull or a stupid reason. So Ijust worked on thinking why I was mad before I did anything. Now I am the most tranqual person in my school. People dont like others who get mad and yell around all the time, if you stay cool headed you will be far better off in life. And with technology as far as it is now, if you loose it just once, your act of anger will most likely be on the internet or all around forever, and that can ruin things for a long period of time, just think before you do anything. Period.
I'm pretty sure this doesn't belong here. You're not asking for help with anything and we have the rage thread if we need to get anything off our chest.
Ah. When it comes to the rage threads individually, if you have advice, comment on those threads with the advice. Don't make a new thread to refer to them all.

I wonder if anyone will ever get annoyed with my posting that all over the place, but it really does help. As someone who struggles with anger issues and depression, I know this as a fact.
