So, I'm writing a book, and in this quote tail (what I'm calling the explanation after the quote) I'm unsure which word is more appropriate? . “As I said, I know what I need to about all of that. As for my chances against you, I have absolute confidence I can crush you!” He exclaims . Should it say "He exclaims" or "He declares"? I would appreciate the help, thanks! ^^
