Need Help with a Book (3)

So, as the title implies, I am writing a book. It's a fantasy novel, and may or may not be a series told from the viewpoints of several different characters.
The book/series is about a war between two clans. One clan, the Suzukis (which rebelled against another called the Trucido clan eons ago), is taken over by a cruel eh... dictator, if you will. A smaller group run by the dictator's sister, the Shibuya clan, rebelled against the dictator. There is also a little girl (called the Prophet) from an old prophecy. She has the ability to see what is going on anywhere to anyone at any time, and she is the key to winning the war, so both sides want her.

I plan to write the book or series over the war, and tell the story of it. I'm not sure if I should just try for the series, and do it that way with each personal story, or if I should just do one book with the Prophet telling the story.

What do you guys think I should do with this? I realize this is probably pretty vague and maybe a bit confusing, but any and all help would be appreciated. A lot.

While I think that the first way would be absolutely stunning, I cannot say for sure how others would view it. I have read a book and said, "I'd love to read this again in another POV, but I've also found that I don't enjoy reading it again from another POV once the chance arises.

This could also be me personally, because I'm not one to really reread books. This means that people who love rereading books might, and probably would, love that idea. It depends on what kind of fanbase you get.

Having First Person POV can be quite frustrating as well because you only know what the character knows. I'm writing a book myself in limited third person, which means the reader only knows what my character knows, but I use "she" instead of "I". I had originally only planned on one main character for limited third person, but I ended up having two.

Moral of this long post, a good story will write itself, so just write and go with whatever makes sense.

>>2 Thanks. If I do a series, the books will be short, more than likely. I know the POVs, and I will say that limited third person can be difficult. That's why I don't use it xD I prefer first person.

How I've started is giving it from the Prophet's POV. I have the prologue done right now and I started on the first chapter, but I'll probably rewrite that and give it from another POV. Maybe the rebel leader's. The last book will probably be from the Prohpet's or the Dictator's. Although, so that the reader can see how it ends, I will probably do the Prophet's POV, and the book before that from the Dictator's.
