Do any of you have any tips on how to make onigiri? I've been trying but I can't quite get it

You need sushi rice, and if you are a beginner you should try using the molds (if you want or need them). They provide the molds in stores depending where you live.

Thanks! It's my first time trying to make them so I'll probably start off with a mold, there is an international market a few blocks from my house so I'll check there

Get creative with ur topping, mix stuff into the rice, i personally love really salty fish with sesame and try to make sure ur rice isn't too moist or dry, otherwise it's hard to mold
