Yes Paneer tikka is very fast ( especially if it is from a pure veg restaurant)

I meant tasty( not fast) sorry

Anywhere it's good...pure veg restaurant does use garlic so it could taste different then a mixed restaurant

If you want non spicy there is hariyali tikka

And since vegan don't eat animal or animal products ...I suggest tofu tikka
