i really would appreciate if anyone tole me any sushi or japanese food that does not contain avocado or onion? I have tried the shrimp rice thing, the egg like in the picture, and normal sushi, probably a roll but with no avocado, and i love them, but i would like to know other types! Plus, do you know any restaurants that make sushi or japanese food in Az? thanks~

-Uni(Gonad of Sea urchin)
-California Roll(A roll made of cucumber, imitation crab, and avocado.)
-Temaki(A cone-shaped sushi wrapped in nori that's intended to be eaten with your hands.)
-Uramaki(Inside out maki. The nori is on the inside and rice on the outside.)

Whats a recommended course route? And they look small. Will they fill you?

I try to find any sushi restaurants in AZ, since I live there but there is hardly any! there's one called Osaka Japanese Steakhouse, I live very close to it but I haven't tasted it yet. But I've heard its pretty good!

Wasn't the avocado added when the sushi was imported into California ?

I can always ask my dad for sushi LOL :P Ironic enough, I'm not a big fan of sushi, which is something I wouldn't crave everyday to eat, though I can't help myself but like maki rolls~ <3 They're so simple, yet good, and I also really like sake (salmon) and saba (mackerel). Yum!

Um, if you're referring to sushi ROLLS, then I would recommend eating something like Spicy Tuna Roll (I love spicy food what), Spicy Crab Roll, Crunchy shrimp roll tastes good without the avocado, if you like tempura and shrimp. Though I don't know much about sushi, so I can't really think about anything else. :(
