I made some curry today. Thick beef, potato, and carrot curry. It's the best.

I didn't cook anything tonight, but I did eat my leftover lasagna that was made last night. Lasagna always tastes better after a few days.

I am gunna make some okinomiyaki tonight for my family! It's a Japanese dish that I learned how to make in japan. If anyone wants the recipe just reply to this thread. It's awesome!!

Looking for new things to try since my hols started.

For dinner I made a simple spinach carbonara with bits o grilled pork belly.

5 tbsp plain flower
1tsp baking powder
70 ml of water
1 egg
2 cups of shredded cabbage
Any other veggies you want to add or meat( i would suggest meat and onions
cooking oil for frying
top with mayo

cook it like you would a pan cake after everything is mixed together. also topping with a teriyaki sauce is awesome! Have Fun!!
