im not hungry. really, i pretty much never am. i really only eat if i feel i need to. im not anorexic or anything, in fact, i have a fast enough metabolism that i don't need to worry about what i eat and im perfectly fine. Anyways, this feeling i have is probably just temporary, but what are some light foods that i can have that also have all the vitamins and protein and stuff that I need to stay healthy, kinda like salads and stuff. Got any ideas?
>>1 Love keeping a fruit bowl in the house for this exact reason. Applea, bananas, mangos, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, grapes and pineapples. Get whatever you want and then put it back in the fridge.
