Royale (4 servings)Ingredients:3-5 eggs
1 ladle of cold chicken or beef stock (fresh or instant) per egg
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
(salt)
Preparation:Mix the eggs with stock and nutmegg. Beat the mixture and taste it. Maybe add a dash of salt and some more nutmegg after tasting. Heat the mixture in a bain-marie until it becomes solid. Cut the solid royale into bite-sized pieces.
Serve with chicken or beef soup.
