Its very chewy and delicious. Extremely delicious. Then again, this is personal experience. I recommend you try them yourself though!

It's soft, chewy, and slightly sweet. There are different kinds with various fillings but the standard is a plain rice cake with a sweet syrup served with a hot manju (red bean) soup.
