Now, everyone seems to despise dark chocolate. For example, Hershey's Special Dark chocolate bars. Hersheys Dark Chocolate contains only about 45% Cocoa, yet it's still enough to give that slightly bitter flavor that everyone seems to hate. But, imagine the flavor of a chocolate bar that contains 90% Cocoa!!! It should be disgusting, right? WRONG. It actually has a very bold flavor that pretty much sums up all chocolate known to man. No chocolate will taste the same after feasting upon the crumbly delicacy known as 90% Cocoa chocolate bars! Anyway. I got a little carried away there. Sorry!
