What did everyone have?
I went Japanese, Sushi (Sashimi, Rice Balls, Rolls), Tempura, Sake, ect.

My family do cheese(dried cottage cheese, cream cheese,sugar, egg, salt and pepper), potato(potato(mash), saute onion, American cheese, salt and pepper), and sauerkraut( we add corned beef to it for st.patty's day). Sorry but I don't have direct amounts for everything. Boil them in water and after they are done put in a cold water bath and coat them in butter. All in all if you never made them before find someone that do makes them because they are somewhat hard when they are cooking.

@Noctis I don't know if you meant sushi or Pierogies... Sushi is fairly self explanatory. Make sticky rice, put in seaweed, add topping, roll. If you did want sushi recipe I can give you the recipe we use for the rice.
