It's the holiday season! And everyone is cooking and baking up a storm! And that's when you find out that you don't always know what your doing. Ever wonder why, when using the same recipe and ingredients someone's cookies come out better then yours? Or why the turkey is always so dry? Or why your gravy is never thick enough?
