The only thing that I had that was Indian was samosas when I was in my international cuisine class. And they were good.

Here a question do you think Indian cuisine is part of Mediterranean or the Orient Cuisine?

Try Chicken Butter masala...sometime...its less spicy than other Indian cuisine but its good.....Indian cuisine mostly in itself a mediterranean cuisine or lets say its vice versa..

The only reason why I asked that because chefs has a different opinion on where Indian cuisine is because it is right in the middle of where the Mediterranean and the Orient cuisine is.
