>>3 EPIC French Toast(for One Person):

3-4 eggs
Tbs Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Almond Extract
2 Tbs Buttermilk
3-8 Tbs Ground Nutmeg (depending on how much you like nutmeg) NOTE: Needs LOTS more nutmeg then you would think.

3-5 pieces of your choice of bread

-Mix eggs together until COMPLETELY combined together. Should be a solid yellow, not white pieces floating around.
-Mix in all but the Bread to the eggs.
-In skillet poor enough oil to come halfway up the bread, let get hot enough to sizzle loudly, but not pop when adding in the bread.
-One piece of bread at a time, completely cover both sides in the egg mix, and gently lay the bread, away from you, into the pan. Cook until desire color, flip over, repeat.
-Serve with Mable syrup, korn syrup, jelly, or powdered sugar (your choice) and a glass of Eggnog with whipcream on top and sprinkled with nutmeg.

Take your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe, add a teaspoon of almond extract and 2 tablespoons of Cream of Tartar. Roll the dough into 2 inch thick balls, but before popping them in the oven, coat them in a mixture of cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar. Its all just to taste. The more cream of tartar there is, the fluffier and snicker doodle-like the cookie will be. I love Peanut butter and almond extract, which is why i now make this failed invention a lot XD sorry I don't have better measurements. It's good though, so just play around with it some day!

Lembas bread (from the lord of the rings)
2.5 cups flower
just over 1 and 2/3 cups heavy cream
1 table spoon cinnamon
1 table spoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
honey
1 stick of butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

In a large bowl, mix the flower, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the cream and vanilla. Put the butter into the bowl with the flower, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add in the cream and vanilla as well as honey to taste. Mix until you get a sticky dough.

Roll out the dough on a large rolling board and roll out until it is about 1 in thick. Cut the pastry into 3 in by 3 in squares (about 9 should be made). Use a knife to create an X in the pastry. Place each square at least an inch apart on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Potato Salad

3 medium potatoes
diced sweet pickles (you can just buy relish from a jar)
salt(optional)
diced onion (optional)
chopped celery
2tsp mustard
2tbsp vinegar
about 1 cup Mayo
4 hard boiled eggs
(of course wash all ingredients)

Don't peel the potatoes yet.
Boil your potatoes VERY lightly, so they're soft, but not completely mushy. You can add some salt (about 2 tbsp) to the warm water, and it gives them some taste without making it salty.
Cool them by dunking in cold water; peel and/or dice them. I usually peel, but there's no diff.

Now mix everything in. Add any herbs if you'd like.

Recipe type: Microwave Dessert
Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 1 min Total time: 6 mins
Serves: 1

Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup – the original microwave cookie recipe
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Granulated White Sugar
1 Tablespoon of firmly packed Dark Brown Sugar
3 Drops of Vanilla Extract
Small Pinch of Kosher Salt
1 Egg Yolk (discard the egg white or save for different recipe)
Scant ¼ of All Purpose Flour (slightly less than ¼ of a cup)
2 heaping tablespoons of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Start by melting your butter in the microwave. Butter should just be melted, not boiling.
Add sugars, vanilla and salt. Stir to combine.
Separate your egg and add the yolk only to your cup. Stir to combine.
Add flour, then stir again. Measure a scant, slightly less than full, ¼ cup of all-purpose flour.
Add the chocolate chips, and give a final stir. Now your mixture will look like cookie dough.
Cook in microwave 40-60 seconds, start checking for doneness at 40 seconds. Mine takes 50 seconds. Do not cook past one minute, just like a regular cookie, this will continue cooking as it cools. If the cookie is dry or cake like, try less time.
Serve warm.

I love this recipe!

We like our food super spicy here. In my place people often make their own chili sauce. Well, not really chili sauce, but close enough. Basically it's just chili mashed together in a mortar (?) with garlic, red onions, sometimes with tomatoes or shrimp paste. You can modify the spiciness, and it burns calories. Sometimes i chop potatoes into small cubes and stir fry it with the sauce thingy. It's good.

For my French Toast, it's not really French Toast! XD

You get 2 or more pieaces of white bread
Get the butter
And get maple syrup

Put the bread in a toaster
Once it comes out, take the toast and put butter on it
Then put the toast in the microwave, and put it in for a minute
Once it down, put maple syrup on it!

XD There you go! Have fun eating it!

(If you want to add cinnamon, wait until AFTER it comes out of the oven!)

There's a great and sinfully yum Choco Crinkles recipe~! (Be careful, this recipe makes like about 72 cookies):

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups white sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

1. In a medium bowl, mix together cocoa, white sugar, and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the cocoa mixture. Cover dough, and chill for at least 4 hours.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into one inch balls. I like to use a number 50 size scoop. Coat each ball in confectioners' sugar before placing onto prepared cookie sheets.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand on the cookie sheet for a minute before transferring to wire racks to cool.

ENJOY~~~~!!! ;D

I have my own custom sandwich which is really good. I don't have a name for it, but you can recommend a name!

Ingredients:
2 peices of bread,

8 (or 4 peices of salami, better with 8) and if you have salami with pepper on it that is what you should use,

and mayonnaise.

First, put your bread in the toaster and make it pretty crispy, a good amount of crispness that is to your liking, then after your bread is crispy, put on some mayonnaise on both slices, after that put the eight slices (or four slices) of salami (if you have spicy salami put that on), and an optional step if you feel like your sandwich will collapse: just put a toothpick in the middle to secure it, and tada! You have the good sandwich you've been waiting for! And then again, feel free to give me suggestions for a name for this sandwich.

Stir Fry The Taika Way (serves 4)

1 pair of chicken breasts
(I don't measure anything else, so eyeball it)
an equal amount of yet-uncooked egg noodles (I prefer the wider, shorter ones, y'know, roughly 1/2x2 inches?)
like, 1-2 cups of chopped vegetables (things like broccoli and baby corn, etc.)
I like to use soyaki sauce, but you can use just about any other sauce.

Put the water on to boil and cut up the chicken into small pieces, maybe half-inch or one-inch chunks? If the water is boiling, put the noodles in. Anyways, throw those chicken chunks into a big pan (BIG pan, this is where all the ingredients will be combined alter), with a little oil to keep them from sticking, and cook through and through. Once that's done, don't put the noodles in yet. If the vegetables are frozen, shove them in and make sure they're nice and hot for the noodles. If not, make a decision: how cooked do you want the vegetables? If not at all, add them after the noodles and sauce. If you don't care, toss them in now and cook them a bit until you're happy, but make sure the chicken doesn't burn. Then add the now-fully-cooked noodles, some sauce, and mix. Let the sauce boil down a bit an soak into the noodles. Once it's all nice and hot and the way you deem fit for consumption, plate it an eat it!

For Americans,here's 2 turducken(turkey,duck,and chicken) recipes
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, boned salt and pepper to taste Creole seasoning to taste 1 (4 pound) duck, boned 1 (16 pound) turkey, deboned,3 cups prepared sausage and oyster dressing
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lay the boned chicken skin-side down on a platter and season liberally with salt, pepper and Creole seasoning. Lay the boned duck skin-side down on top of the chicken and season liberally with salt, pepper and Creole seasoning. Cover and refrigerate.
Lay the boned turkey skin-side down on a flat surface. Cover with a layer of cold Sausage and Oyster Dressing and push the dressing into the leg and wing cavities so they will look as if they still have bones in them.
Lay the duck on top of the turkey skin-side down and cover it with a layer of cold dressing. Lay the chicken on top of the duck skin-side down and cover it with a layer of cold dressing.
With the help of an assistant, bring the edges of the turkey skin up and fasten them together with toothpicks. Use the kitchen string to lace around the toothpicks to help hold the stuffed turkey together. Carefully place the turducken, breast up in a large roasting pan.
Roast covered for 4 hours or until the turducken is golden brown. Continue to roast uncovered for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer inserted through the thigh registers 180 degrees F. and a thermometer inserted through the stuffing registers 165 degrees F. Check the turducken every few hours to baste and remove excess liquid. There will be enough pan juices for a gallon

2-3/4 cups prepared savory bread stuffing, at room temperature, divided use
2 cups prepared cornbread stuffing, at room temperature, divided use
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (10 to 12-pound) turkey, deboned
1 (4 to 5-pound) duck, deboned
1 (3 to 4 pound) chicken, deboned
4 Tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, cut in quarters
6 fresh sage leaves
2 Tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
1 Tablespoon browning sauce (such as Gravy Master® or Kitchen Bouquet®)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Have the turkey, duck, and chicken already deboned (save the bones for stock) before you begin to assemble the turducken. Keep all of the poultry refrigerated until you are ready to use it. Do not assemble turducken until you are ready to bake it in order to avoid foodborne illness from contaminated stuffing.

Measure out 2-1/4 cups of bread stuffing and set aside. Place remaining 1/2 cup of bread stuffing in another bowl and add 1/2 cup of the cornbread stuffing along with the whole berry cranberry sauce, and pecans.

Toss gently to combine. Place remaining 1-1/2 cups cornbread stuffing aside. You should have 3 separate stuffings.

In a fitted with the metal blade, combine butter, garlic, sage, and thyme until herbs are finely chopped.

Run your hand under the skin to separate and make a pocket, but do not separate skin completely from the meat. Distribute the butter herb mixture evenly under the skin.

Rub the skin of the turkey with the browning sauce (promotes even browning but doesn't add flavor), then the olive oil. Sprinkle generously with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.

Flip the turkey over so it is open and skin-side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 300 F.

Spread bread stuffing evenly over turkey cavity. Place duck on top of bread stuffing, skin-side down.

Spread cranberry nut stuffing on top of open duck cavity. Top with chicken, skin-side down.

Spread cornbread stuffing on top of open chicken cavity. Skewer the back of the chicken closed. Bring up the sides of the duck to cover the chicken.

Skewer the back of the duck closed. Repeat process with the turkey. Carefully turn the turducken over, so it is seam-side down and breast-side up. Remove all skewers except the last one holding the turkey together.

Place turducken in a heavy roaster. Roast 3 to 4 hours, until meat thermometer inserted in the very center of the chicken stuffing reaches 165 F. Baste once per hour with pan juices. If turducken begins to get too brown, tent loosely with heavy-duty aluminum foil that has been coated with vegetable spray.

Let turducken rest 30 minutes before carving. To serve, slice turducken across the breast to show off each layer.

If you're a lover of spicy food, there's this creamy but spicy dish that my dad and I used to cook. It's called Bicol Express, a Filipino dish.

Ingredients:
- pork/beef (cut in strips or chunks, it doesn't really matter since people have different preferences)
- Cayenne Peppers, chopped (The green ones, preferrably)
- Ready mix (Gata mix. I have no idea what it is in English)/ Coconut Milk / Cream
- Water (1 glass)
- Bagoong (Salted fish/crab paste. I prefer the pink shrimp paste though)
- onions
- garlic
- oil

Step 1:
chop onions and mince the garlic, then toss it into a saute pan. A frying pan would do, but if you want yours to be thick and saucy, I suggest you use a saute pan. set the heat to low.

Step 2:
Add the meat. Cook until it's starts to become light brown. Then, add the bagoong. Keep moving the meat around for five minutes.

Step 3:
Add the cream/coconut milk/ready mix to the pan. If you're using a ready mix, I suggest you mix it with water first.Let it simmer for five minutes.

Step 4:
Add the peppers and let it simmer for five minutes on the lowest heat.

Step 5:
Add salt/pepper to taste.

It should be done, though you have to be careful not to overcook it, or undercook it for the matter. :)
