I was going to make Cowboy Bebop's special: bell-peppers and beef during the summer. I really gonna try it but I know how to cook it but I don't cook. I'm pretty sure that bell-peppers is an American food or is it Japanese tofu? For that: I would make bell-peppers and no beef with white rice.

It's easy to cook. I'm ready for it, but the bell-peppers smells like onions. I hate onions.

I've made it before. It's easy. And I rather like the taste. Can get annoying if it's the only thing you eat though.

I can unleash try, Erika... but the bell-pepper smell like onions. I saw it in Cowboy Bebop: Episode #1: Asteriod Blues. When Jet was making dinner or lunch for Spike before he doing his training after they start eatting, Spike just say his plate and there's no beef. And at the Jet remake a new one.

Bell peppers may smell like onions, but they don't taste that much like them. A bit, but you can get around it. You can also get bell peppers that have different scents and slightly varying flavors; it depends on the color and where they're from. If you make the beef a bit sweeter or even sautee the bell peppers in honey, it helps to get rid of that onion-y taste/feel.
