I believe that the Alinea Resturaunt in Chicago is indescribable. The food there is amazing, also it has creative ways to plate the food, on plates, driftwood, boughs, pillows, or plateless- On the table itself!! It costs $210 per person, but it's worth it! The Resturaunt is famous for it's desserts!

I don't expect you to understand, TROLL! You're not an artist. There's an art to cooking. You think cooking is a cute job, eh? Like mommy in the kitchen? WELL MOMMY NEVER HAD TO FACE THE DINNER RUSH WHERE THE ORDERS COME FLOODING IN AND EVERY DISH IS DIFFERENT AND NONE ARE SIMPLE AND EACH DISH TAKES A DIFFERENT TIME TO COOK, BUT MUST ARRIVE ON THE CUSTOMER'S TABLE AT EXACTLY THE RIGHT TIME, HOT AND PERFECT. EVERY SECOND, RECIPIE, ADJUSTMENT, AND SKILL COUNTS AND YOU CANNOT BE MOMMY HERE!!!
I think "culinary art" is pretentious. I think paying 210 dollars for food dumped eloquently on your table is retarded. What a strange world we live in.
