I haven't seen my mom in years, and I most miss her traditional curries. She's half nepalese and half indian, so I grew up eating an amazing variety of asian food, influenced with african food because her family are from africa. Then I miss German food, cause I lived there as a child and it's a nostalgia thing.

I love veal in a cream sauce. The dish is great with linguine. Also the sauce can be your own by adding mushrooms or spinach. You can even spice it up or make it a lemon cream sauce.

She makes this chocolate frozen eclair cake and its got grahahm crackers and pudding and its just amazingly delicious and crunchy and soft and you're gonna gain 5 pounds from a 4 inch slice but its amazing...yumm!
