I'm actually surprised I didn't see a BBQ thread here..unless I passed it during my thorough search, oh well. So, do you like BBQ? Know any tricks to make a delicious serving?
. _ .;; I've gotten myself hungry just making this thread.
The thing with a BBQ is that you shouldn't just stick with meat. Sure, skewered meat, steak, hamburgers, sausages and lamb chops are all great, but they are nothing without a complementary side of onion and pineapple slices.
Also, bring bread. LOTS OF IT. And tomato sauce.
But never, EVER barbecue a tomato. That stuff is disgusting.
>>4 Barbecuing a tomato doesn't sound very appealing. Other than meat, I actually like to grill some corn and then sorta slather it in BBQ sauce if that counts.

Brazilian barbecue. This two words mean the best thing you can ever eat. I cannot even describe it properly, there are lots of different kinds of meat and there is cheese and bread... Best thing ever. One thing I never completely understood: is BBQ in the U.S. really with hamburgers and sausages? I've seen that in films but Idk if that really happens. Does it?
