What's in your hotpot?

Veggie soup base with beef, napa cabbage, white fish, and noodles. And of course soy sauce with satay and sriracha/chili oil in it on top. <3

I think it's best with chicken soup as the base, though.

On a good day:

Chicken Bone Broth
Beef/Tofu
Fish meatball
Lettuce/Bok Choy
Onions
Beansprouts
If my nieces are eating with me: mochi drop dumplings. Don't ask.

I had my my own weird soup for my friends one day
Just a little salt, thyme, basil, and garlic. And hot water...Sounds weird but tastes great with

ham,
noodles,
soft and hard tofu,
fried tofu
beets
radish
bok choy
bambboo
goat and lamb
chinese broccoli
chicken
and spam

I've never really made HotPot before,but i do plan making some this New Year's Eve,it will be really good. ^_^

A hotpot is pretty much what you see in the picture. It's where you put a metal pot onto a portable stove and kept simmering. Then you pretty much just throw random things like ham, vegetables, tofu, noodles, and etc. to cook. After being cooked in the pot as stew, you take out the stuff to your plate to eat. Sounds disgusting but it is so good
