>>4 All hail this epic chef.

I can cook anything if someone gives me a recipe for it. I don't like tasting my food until after I've finished cooking it, so I'm best with simple dishes involving sautéing. And anything breakfast-related :)

8 Name: KLS716 : 2011-08-16 07:42 ID:t5PqvkoV [Del]

I like making a variation of a "Loco Moco" a hawaiian dish--in my version I use burgers, put garlic in it, grill it in butter with sautee'd mushrooms, and melt cheese on the burger then put the sliced mushrooms on top. Then I take that out and put in eggs, two for each burger, with salt and pepper. I put it on top of the burgers and it's done! That's my version of a Loco Moco dish. ^_^

9 Name: Misuto!M4ZBq07Cs. : 2011-08-16 12:48 ID:BnET63ts [Del]

Bacon.

I don't have a picture handy of me cooking it, but bacon. I think that's the best thing anyone can cook, unless it's a dish involving the liberal usage of bacon.

10 Name: Nightshade : 2011-08-16 14:12 ID:s68DNWPg [Del]

I would have to say tacos. You brown the beef, then you mix it with corn, diced tomatoes, and picante sauce. It is sooooooo good. You can even replace the taco shells with tortilla chips and it still tastes great

11 Name: Mistreena : 2011-08-16 20:06 ID:BtWzXJDB [Del]

Onigiri! justbento.com has some great tips and recipes, and that's where I first learned how to make them. My favourite filling is teriyaki chicken and sweet plum (I just use VH plum sauce with a bit of sugar to sweeten it). Having both flavours together makes it really yummy!

Good sir, are you familiar with Epic Meal Time?

Anyway, I can make a lot of different stuff. I really like to make breakfasty things. My favorite is probably when I do two slices of french toast and between them put an omelette with cheddar or mozzarella(or both!), turkey cold-cuts and bacon.

Delicious.

I make a freakin' amazing chicken parmesan. Dip chicken breasts in beat eggs, cover with seasoned bread crumbs (Crushed crackers, italian seasoning, garlic, salt) and place in a hot pan with hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and cover in pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese (Use as much as you like). Bake at 375 degrees for however long it takes for the chicken to be done and serve topped with a helpful dose of parmesan cheese. With pasta on the side using a homemade pesto sauce, it just can't be beat.

Popcorn, I use an air popper and than melt some butter in a coffee cup in the microwave for 20 seconds. Pour the butter over the popcorn, using the knife I cut the butter with to spread and mix the butter evenly throughout the popcorn. Than I use Lawry's seasoning salt(pictured above) and sprinkle it onto the popcorn, using the knife again to do it evenly just like with the butter. Better than movie popcorn, healthier too!

My best dish would have to be purple cabbage stir fry over rice!
Purple cabbage(torn to bite size)
Sweet Onion(chopped)
Red Potato(thinly sliced)
(Add favorite veggie here~Mine is esperagus)
*White rice[for the adventurous who like mixed rice]

Add purple cabbage to stir fry first since it takes so long to soften(use butter/margarine/non stick spray) let sizzle a few minutes getting good and hot

Add Cooking Sake + salt(Ususally add season's to taste here)

Throw the rest of the ingredients in there like a normal stir fry after 5-10 minutes of the cabbage being fried on high heat

Keep them frying till the vegies become tender(use cooking chopsticks to test carefully, it will be hot)
[once you get used to it you can put in just the right amount of sake so the sake will be all gone when it is done]

*Finally layer it all on top of a small bowl of rice and "Voila!" Purple Cabbage Stir Fry Over Rice!
