So...nobody here likes bitter foods?

Personally I like some Bitter foods

What about foods that lose their bitterness if cooked a certain way? o__o I don't like bitter melon, but if sometimes if you cook it a certain way, the bitter taste goes away. I really like goya chanpuru (or chanpuru in general). :D It's an Okinawan dish, but my mum and grandma have made it a couple times.
