I'm sure there must be some Tea aficionado's out there... So, let's hear it. What's your favorite type of tea?

Mine would have to be Black Tea... Specifically, Dried Plum Black Tea.

ME! I LOVE TEA. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.

Erhm, yeah. Earl Grey and English Breakfast Tea are my everyday teas, but I tend to drink a lot of different types. I grew up in a family of tea worshippers so there's always something new and interesting tea-wise to find in the cupboards. I'd say my favourite tea as of late is lemon tea, both of the black and green variety.

I don't have any pictures of tea in my laptop right now, but I'll make sure to take some next time I drink tea (which I do at least 5 times a day) cause I have loads of really nice teacups.

I love tea! and have been drinking it since i was a little kid. i drink a lot of Oolong,Earl grey,Rooibos and Green tea. But im a real sucker for middle eastern tea like Assam, chai, Darjeeling, and Turkish tea.
But my favourite right now would be Lapsang Souchong (Chinese as you probably guessed XD) and Chamomile tea.

I've been turning into a tea person in the last few years. I drink all kinds of tea, green, black, different herb blends or fruity stuff. I like to have a lot of things to choose from.

Right now I've found a type, green tea with a few spices (cinnamon, liquorice and anise), that I can't get enough of. So that's my favorite I guess, though before I found this one I used to drink a lot of Earl Grey.

Oh. I love tea, but unfortunately, my family is not composed of other tea drinkers beside myself. :(
However, I like Earl Grey, Green tea (w/our local honey~, and Raspberry tea.
I need to go buy some new kinds though, variety is the spice of life.

Id like to say Bubble tea...but it not really tea is it?

But if you go to starbucks, i like Earl Grey Tea Vanilla Misto. Lol if you call it that they charge you 2. 50 for a venti :D

I love a nice cup of black tea in the mornings, specifically English breakfast or Irish breakfast.

I also like this Very Berry blend my local tea shop has.

I enjoy Irish breakfast the in the morning, although the majority of my tea consumption is Lady Grey. And ginger tea with honey is the best when it's cold out or if I'm sick.

I've been drinking a lot of iced green tea lately. I really like tea because there's so many kinds so there's a lot to try and they all taste delicious.

My favorite tea would have to be Chamomile tea. Only the cold canned ones you can only seem to find at the Asian supermarkets though. What are they called again? I haven't had one in ages ;____;

BERRY TEA! O_O I love berries! When you cut them up the juices look like blood and when I wash the knife I feel sneaky. ^_^

There was a tea I had liked at a place called Teavana. It was Raspberry Black Tea, and it had such a wonderful aroma. Now I can't seem to find it.

I've taken a liking to some French Vanilla tea with a bit of milk and sugar. It isn't super sweet or anything. It's just got almost the same calming effect green/earl grey tea w/honey has for me after a stressful day.

I don't have much experience with tea, but I drink a lot of the poor excuse of 'green tea' that comes out of a box from the store LOL. And I recently discovered Earl Gray Tea..... And this flavor is creme. Oh. My. GOSH. <3

My mom introduced me to tea-drinking when I was about 7 with Lady Grey and English Breakfast tea, which remain two of my casual morning teas along with Earl Grey. Oolong tea is another favorite of mine, but my absolute favorite is a Chinese wheat and honey tea (it has no name that I know of, or I would have found it and bought more by now!). It's meant to be drunk without milk or sweetener, but a tiny bit of milk makes it a tad better in my opinion <3

I love all kinds of tea! My personal favorite is Chai, though, with all that lovely strength and cinnamon and cardimum...mmm! The only bad chai I've had is instant.

English Breakfast is also quite good, as is Ginger Peach, Apple Cinnamon, and Rosehip.

Rosehip I tried on a whim upon seeing the flavor in a local Turkish dollar store. The color and flavor are both quite interesting! Rosehip seems to also be a component of other fruity teas.

I have so many favorites! I love love love Earl Grey, but ginger peach is so good too. I could never choose one favorite. Variety is best for me

green tea is what i drink during long study sessions c: (specifically genmaicha)
chai can replace a meal. it's the only tea that's yummy with milk.

My favorite type of tea is Earl Grey! Classic haha. Close ties for second are blueberry black tea and coconut oolong.

(Something fun I discovered, use york peppermint coffee cream as a substitute for cream and wow it's delicious in any tea)

Black tea, green tea, and raspberry are personal favourite. As of late I've been adding Pumpkin Spice creamer into my tea along with 3tbs of brown sugar and sometimes, if I'm sick, honey. I recently bought Chamomile tho. can't wait to try it! :)

BOP - Broken Orange Pekoe, specially from Ceylon or rather Sri Lanka. Whatever tea I make has a spot of milk; never sugar - brewed for 6 to 7 minutes. Also a fan of pretty freshly picked green tea - had some in the Ōigawa area not too long ago, was the best green tea I've ever had.

English Breakfast, no additives. Only tea I can even stand to taste.

Oolong tea is my favorite! It supposedly use to treat obesity and cancer, but due to the caffeine can negatively affect anxiety disorders and heart disease. That being said, I totally recommend it assuming you don't experience negative side affects of caffeine.

So I did a quick search, and it seems like no one's mentioned yerba mate, so I guess that makes me hipster of the year.

But in all actuality, yerba mate is pretty good. I think it technically counts as a green tea, but it's not your normal cup of tea. It comes from South America, and you drink it in a special gourd called a "mate" through a metal straw that has a filter in it called a "bombilla". You just essentially just pour the tea in loose leaf and enjoy.

It has a more "woody" taste, and people like to add lemon, orange, honey, or mint to it too. I like mine the best with mint though.

I bought my mate from this guy named "Guillermo" on etsy. He's pretty cool, and his mates look really nice.

1/2 of any tea
1/2 of milk
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of honey
(I prefer mine with green, peppermint, or earl gray)

I have to say matcha. No other tea will ever top that for me, exept maybe a better matcha brand.
