I go to a school for culinary arts, and my chef walked by me while I had this thread open. She's actually interested in making this in our foodservice operation. Pretty cool, huh?
Yum!!! Makes me want to start cooking. And you're going to a culinary arts school?? So cool! I was actually looking into going to Le Cordon Bleu but it's super expensive so it kind of turned me off on the idea... :o
