So I browsed around, and discovered this site called Mangadex. Its a website made by scanlators, for scanlators, where they can post their work and guest can read them. Maybe try that, they also have multiple group chat spanning from Forums to Discord and even IRC. Maybe ask them around for more detail, hope that helps.
