I´m actually new here, but that aside. Me and my two other friends are trying to create Manga. We have main storyline and some characters, but we didn´t think it would be that hard (we don´t plan to give up). Now we are creating a girl character that should be the Yandere type (sorry if i wrote it wrong)... By other words the "mad lover"... In our story she fall in love with main Character, but he already has his eyes on another woman. She can´t realize that because its hidden intention (main character is bit shy) so she´s constantly confessing to him. Later on her love become obsession. That´s what we already know.
Now lets move to more important part. Due to our lack of knowledge of this personality, I decided to ask you guys for advice. We don´t really have anything more about her, not even basic appearance. I would like to know your opinion about it. More you´ll write - more you´ll help us.

Interesting. Well, I'm really no expert but I'll try to dig out some advice. Hm, as for the character, I suggest you researching on existing Yandere type characters. This is to give you an overview on how these characters usually look like. Of course, from there, you edit it in the way you want it to be. If you want it to be unique, maybe try to cross mix with non-Yandere types.

In conclusion, research on existing characters and try to cross mix with other types for authenticity.

I´d never expect someone write such a beautiful post. Also i found the idea of cross mixing very creative and helpful. But there´s also one thing i want to know. What are the best Anime (it don´t have to be Anime) where Yandere types are. I found them in lot of anime but they were all supporting characters. Also i noticed that they´re usually stalkers (which reminds me Drrr Mika Harima). Now im in doubts if creating her will be decision affecting story till end or there is a way to get rid of her other then kill her in case when we change our minds.

Anyways, I don't really frequent anime as much and I'm not that aware of Yandere characters. All I can think of is Future Diary aka Mirai Nikki. Even so, I haven't yet finished the anime. Google them and I'm sure some will pop out.

This is interesting lol. Imo yandere characters are a bit too cliche... u could add in some unique traits to your character, traits that don’t resemble a yandere. See once you’ve labelled a character as this or that, it becomes difficult to introduce a new element or plot because you’ll be spoiling the stereotypes of being a yandere. Don’t be afraid to change the status quo, that’s what makes a story interesting.

I’m not sure if you’ve considered hooking up the main character with that “yandere”, but that would seem fun haha. Reminds me of Nisekoi...

Not really. She´s just his classmate and she´s Yandere, so it can´t be helped. In my first post I already stated that he has his eyes on another girl. So it´s starting to seem as romantic comedy instead of what it was meant to be.
Also, I´m thinking about how to make her beautiful but not that much that main hero would fall for her.

well the main character could be set up as a almost antisocial person who plays games alot falls in love with a certain character who looks exactly like him so that could squeeze its way into the story right

from the sounds of it you want it to be a surprise that she is a yandere (either to the reader or the main character) so you could go for a look that is normal or even make her way out of his league so he doesn't take her confessions seriously. Or you could make her sweets/somewhat shy and have her confessions be a figment of her imagination but have them seem real to the reader until your big reveal.
