"Psycho-Pass is set in 2113. The Sibyl System is actively measuring the populace's mental states, personalities, and the probability that individuals will commit crimes, using a "cymatic scan" of the brain. The resulting assessment is called a Psycho-Pass. When the probability of a person engaging in crimes measured by the Crime Coefficient index exceeds a certain level in an individual, he or she is pursued, apprehended, and killed if necessary. The story is about the main character, Akane Tsunemori, a new Inspector in the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division. She hunts down criminals with a special team of Enforcers who is so-called the Latent Criminals. They use "Dominators". Is a type of special weapon designed to fire only at those with a higher-than-acceptable Crime Coefficient."

This thread doesn't mention any of them at all though, which is I think it's just a misplaced anime thread.
