Depends on what you mean by "New", since it could mean "new to Europe" or "new to Japan aka the whole world". But I'm pretty sure you mean the latter, so...
Boku no Hero Academia is doing pretty well, and it's on its second (technically first) volume. I've heard people say that it might become "the next Naruto", and after reading it I think they might be right. --Dunno how to describe Academia. It's kinda like an American superhero comic, but with all the good anime quirks mixed in. The art's a bit rough but it's used really well. I know it sounds sorta lame, but this is one you have to read to believe.
Then there's Seraph of the End, which like Boku no Hero Academia is on its first two or three volumes. It'll be getting an anime this spring, though it'll probably diverge from the manga because of the lack of chapters- it's released monthly and has been out for barely a year. --Seraph of the End is about a boy who escaped from vampires as a child, at the cost of all the other kids who tried to escape with him. He reached the human army and is now working to join that army and get revenge on the "bloodsuckers". The art is really good, since it's released once a month, but it's not as gory as Attack on Titan or Tokyo Ghoul. So if you want serious splattering blood this isn't it.
I'd put more, but this thing is way too damn long as is so I'm just gonna cut off here. Hope this helps a little!
"Hinomaru Zumō" by Kawada is a new series in Jump that started last May. Seems to be doing well in the rankings, not as high as "Boku no Hīrō Academia" but it stays consistently in the top 6. And a new Sumo series is always interesting and the art's pretty great.
Does Jump do anything other than that? I'm not much of a Chinese cartoons kind of guy, but I thought I at least had some what of an understanding on this.
