Ok I was having a debate with a friend about Marvel and D.C.Which one is better?And another thing...do u guys think that D.C. has more to do with aliens and outer space and Marvel more with science and technology.

The only good things to come out of DC is Batman and The Flash. Marvel is better in terms of stories, backgrounds of both Heros and Villains, and variations of powers.A good % of DC characters aren't even human, which mind you, doesn't impact how great DC is, but makes it harder to connect to the characters. Marvel does that perfectly.

Movies - Marvel (I will admit, DC has some pretty awesome animated movies, but Marvel slightly wins this if you don't count the Avengers movie, not fair to count that movie due to be a collection of Heros, rather then one alone)

In any case, the Green Lantern movie was a wreck, and we all know it. And I've seen the custom for the new Superman, you'll notice something is wrong right away.

What I really hope to see as a DC movie though is a Flash live action movie.

I hope for a live action Flash movie also.but so far theve only had 2-3 movies for DC right?

I prefer Marvel over DC, even though my favourite superhero is Batman and my favourite superhero animated series is Young Justice. Although, the reason for that being that I grew up reading and watching Marvel related content and products, my first introduction into the superhero/comic book world was the 1994 Spider-Man animated series (it was 1999 and I was 4 at the time). My favourite comic book series is the Ultimate Spider-Man series, yet my favourite comic book story is Batman: A Death in the Family and my favourite superhero movies are The Dark Knight and Batman: Under the Red Hood. I love both, but Marvel only beats DC by a mere point, because it's what I grew up with, I will always have fond memories of Marvel. DC could have been at the top if I had grown up with their content as well as Marvel, but it's only within the last few years that I really got interested in DC. But, like I said, I love them both.

thats exactly why superman sucks. you want a hero to be some one who over comes adversity, who has to risk their lives or well being. Superman takes a planet to the face... way to go, but that is not good story telling. kind of like Chuck Norris, its dumb. Thats why the creator invented Kryptonite, because other-wise he has no plot.

Marvel has had 33 Live action movies, not counting the upcoming Iron Man 3, The Wolverine, Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Untitled Avengers sequel, and Ant-Man movies.
(That is 9 movies in the next 2-3 years!)
