While underrated manga does deserve more attention, I don't think it needs a whole thread. Instead try bumping mangas on your list periodically with a little something about it to try to get attention for it.

One I found was Jackals. Really good actually!

Zombie-Loan. I love it so much, it's my all-time favorite manga, and barely anyone has heard of it. :<

Hands Off. I read the whole series from my local library and I LOVED IT. But I can never find any fanart for it anywhere, so I assume it has no fans.

Rainbow: Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin
You'd assume from the title that it's some nice manga about high school girls right? HELL NO. This manga shows a realistic approach towards life in the 1950's for 7 junior delinquents that are sent to a reform school. Not for the faint-hearted as it covers brutal themes.

Soul Eater!! That is da bomb!! But Durarara!! is too
