Dogs: Bullets and Carnage is a action seinen manga by artist Miwa Shirow.
It's set sometime in the future, in an unnamed European-looking city, with an underground ruled by violence and crime. There, four characters are brought together by a series of coincidences. Ex-assassin Mihai, sword-wielding Naoto, Haine, a mysterious product of genetic engineering, and his sometime partner Badou all get together as they try to figure out how their pasts connect with each other and how that ties in with the mysterious dealings in the underground.
It's a manga full of action, good looking, wonderful and skillfully drawn action. It can also get pretty graphic at times. If it's for the art or if you're just looking for a good action series, it's worth checking out.

I'm on volume 4. This manga is amazingly good! AMAZINGLY. GOOD. Only 6 volumes plus 1 prequel volume giving some character backstory prior to volume 1.

I've loved this manga for a while now. Miwa Shirow's art style is gorgeous - I have a few of his artbooks and they're nothing short of fantastic.

I watched the OVA because it was recommended if I liked Baccano (my favorite anime). It was awesome! Then, when I was in the library, I saw the manga and got really excited!
It's sooo cool! I'm on volume 4. :3 (Also, Heine is the most basass anime/manga character I've came across ever!)
