IDK if you can call it a "manga", but it's a pretty BADASS comic!!(in which Tess needs to hurry his ass up and make more plz) But I just wanted to know if anyone else read this, and if not, here's the link!!:

Ok, it's not a manga it's a webcomic, but since we don't have a place I say it's fine. Making it 'Comics' instead of 'Manga' would fix this problem.

Aanyway, Hanna is not a Boy's Name is one of my favorite webcomics. I found it through devinatart and the art style just caught my eye. I mean, the story can be a bit fuzzy, but the whole way it looks, the paneling, the sound effects, the speech bubbles, the lighting, the colors, everything is so perfect. And the characters, the characters are awesome.

So apparently the comic hasn't been updates since February. Hmm, I really haven't checked on it in a long time. Hope everything's alright and it'll come back eventually.

It comes to my attention again that we need some way to distinguish where non-Japanese comics and graphic novels are to go. Manga comes to mind first, because it's simply the Japanese word for such things, but it's technically incorrect and misleading to think western comics would be here. Literature comes to mind next, but generally you expect novels and stories rather than graphical things.

Perhaps I should post something on the suggestions thread. The topic has been brought up before, but nobody really cared all too much to debate it further.

oh, i was going to read this, but then i got some bad news about it not updating since forever ago. maybe if the author starts getting back into it, but for now it looks like a no.

and if i was going to post about a webcomic/comic series/ graphic novel, i would personally do it in literature.

>>7 oh don't worry about it right now. it's just what i think about our 'no webcomic section' situation. nothing wrong with this thread.

I disagree with King in this regard - Manga is the closest thing I believe we have for this, as the webcomic is a Visual Media, and not a purely written work.

So feel free to ignore him - Logically, you made the correct choice.

I just ran into Hanna pretty recently. Although it hasn't been updated in forever, it's still a pretty awesome comic. The art is absolutely beautiful and the story line is interesting. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes supernatural or fantasy.
