Well I decided to buy the ComiPo! software and try it out. It's pretty entertaining, I plan to use this a lot when im out on deployments so I don't get board. I don't really have an interest in making manga; this is purely for shits and giggles as my shipmate would say. So I thought I show you guys how good the program is by showing my first comic I made from this! I made it with no really thought so don't expect it to be good, plus this just came out like 5 days ago so the software as of now doesn't have a lot to offer (I was mostly mad of the lack of "night time" seance I could make). But im sure they will update it every so often adding new things. One more thing, I didn't bother to spell check so forgive me of my bad spelling and grammar.
Any way here it is, give me a few minutes to upload the pics. Also if your using this program too, I appreciate a few pointers to making the comics look better. Thanks!
God damnit, don't use shitty SOFTWARE to make MANGA, manga is HAND DRAWN and not made with 3-D characters and using premade models. Make an actual Manga.

It seems pretty interesting, I think I might check it out later. While it certainly doesn't create manga as we know it, it still outputs a decent-quality result, which could help a person who wants to draw manga and has a good imagination but lacks the drawing skill necessary to make a good manga. This way, people can focus on the content of the manga instead of the art, which is great for people who can't draw, like me!
