Yankee-kun to Megane-chan is a comedy manga. In my opinion it's a fucking hilarious manga.
It's about a bunch of kids and how they manage to get through high school. "Yankee-kun" is Shinagawa Daichi, a troublesome delinquent, "Megane-chan" is Adachi Hana, your not so typical class representative. Besides them, as times go on all kinds of colorful characters join the cast and the fun times just keep coming.
And it looks good too.
Also, Izumi-kun is your lord and master.

I love this Manga, it's soo funny.
I'm not a really big fan of romance, but Yankee-kun to Magane-Chan, takes it to fighting which I like, so I don't mind the romance.
AND the comedy is no joke, It's really funny, in my opinion.

Finally finished this after putting off reading the last 20 or so chapters since forever because I heard the ending wasn't that good. And man it wasn't D:. I heard that it's because the manga got axed and there wasn't time to resolve things properly but I'm too lazy to check for a proper source.
I'm bummed we didn't get the backstory and development for Hana that we should have gotten, but I'm pretty happy about the other characters.
This manga kind of lost steam towards the end and wasn't really that well-planned story wise, but it was still pretty nice. Extremely funny and enjoyable for the first half or so.

Apparently cancellation wasn't the case. I can't begin to comprehend what made the author think that was a good idea wth. She managed to make even new side-characters not completely flat, gave satisfying epilogues for almost all significant characters, but just left Hana like that? Ok.
