Might I recommend Ouran High School Host Club? The anime and manga are both equally entertaining and addicting. However, if you're really into this romance manga stuff you may have already heard about/read it. ^ ^

I suggest Strobe Edge. It's simple but really well done. I'm not really into romance manga but this is one of the best I've come across. Here have a pic since everybody's doing it.

Basically no ecchi, it's a comedy with a hint of romance.
A girl who's extremely stupid aspires to become the class president and asks a delinquent to help achieve her goal. Their relationship is similar to Kyon and Haruhi.

ever watched Chibi Vampire? has some ecchi in it but i still enjoyed it. Also, would romantic comedy work? If so, you should check out School Rumble. Tons of lulz and even some touching scenes. Here's a pick of chibi vampire

So you've read all of these, then we should try something less well known. Hmm. Maybe something by Suziki Julietta. She's got manga published, Kamisama Hajimemashita, Karakuri Odette and Akuma to Dolce and they're all very nice.
Besides that I can only think of some more screwed up titles like After School Nightmare for example. It's worth reading but there are many elements in it that would make one uncomfortable so I wouldn't exactly recommend it to the more squeamish out there.

I suggest Bokura wa itsumo it's like a love triangle and the drawings are good.
If you don't mind a manga with bad drawings but good story try Bokura ga Ita

I loved Rasetsu (aka Rasetsu no Hana), which is a spin off of Yurara (which I only found out after reading it haha) They are both really good paranormal romance stories. The girls in each can see ghosts, and in Rasetsu the main character, Rasetsu, is cursed. If she cannot find true love by the age of 20, an evil spirit has promised to take her away - so begins her quest for love and strength, working at a ghost busting agency. Again, really good stories, both of them.

GE-Good Ending. It's a really good series and more realistic than most high school romance series. The only Ecchi is in the chapter covers in the beginning, but none in the actual chapters.
