Katawa Shoujo. Its kinda inclined towards Galge (girl games, where you have to succesfully make one of the girls fall in love with you) though. Oh and its 18+. It has a feels plot.

It's in English and it's for the DS/can play on 3DS. It's a Mature rated story about nine people who are kidnapped and thrown into a ship and have nine hours to solve puzzles and find a way out before the ship sinks. You will ask yourself, what do all these people have in common and why were they kidnapped? Oh you'll find out. Trust me.
Has a much lengthier and more mind screwy sequel called Virtue's Last Reward for the 3DS.
