I'm all for this idea. Hell, there's a drug dealer in my town. I mean big time dealer, and cops can't do anything about him.
It was only recently that the town hall finally did something about the slum lords.
Also college kids who think they're entitled to everything and regularly steal from the only Wal-mart in town.
Needless to say, I'm getting tired of all the boosh happening in my town.

But I Dont Got All That Much Information On Tha People Or Gangs That r Doing These Kinds Of Things. And Im Also Doing This Alone As Well. Evidence acquired through illegal means (such as hacking) can not be used in court. It can be used to sway the opinion of prosecutors / encourage them to continue pursuing an otherwise stale case, but the evidence they use in court has to be acquired properly.

I think we have to make our goal first. For example, in the first mission we will catch [a bad person name]. To actually make it happen, we can make a plan together and gather more member of Dollars who have expertise in the fields we need (hacker, lawyer, etc.). We also need all Dollars members to gather more and more information about that person.

Maybe it will be too dangerous if we try to catch someone who have backup people and good networks. I think we should give it a try to someone whose done crime alone (like a rapist, a thief, etc.)

So does anyone has person like that in your area?
