So I saw the previous thread about passwords per individuals but this suggestion is a bit different.
Couldn't we make it so that the correct password has to be entered to access any part of this website?
We don't need individual accounts for posting because of tripcodes, but it would feel much more traditional to the anime if you needed to be sent the password in order to access the website (unless you've watched the anime, in which case you'll understand the point of the Dollars)

Thoughts?

i think that that actually might be a really good idea.

It was intentionally changed. It used to redirect you to the login page, but now it doesn't.

To be honest, if you can figure out how get the url directly and avoid the login, you can also probably just search the password online and get it just as easily. Perhaps that was part of the rationale.

Why not simply re-make the whole site I mean leave it as is but make it as to where you need an account/the real password to enter. As of currently I know that it doesn't redirect you to the password page which kind makes it easier for outsiders to see but why don't change it up a bit to where we need to know the password. (Sorry if I repeated the topic)

Why do you wanna do that Asako? It is perfect the way it is.

>>4 As I said, you don't really need to know the password. You can just Google search "dollars bbs password" and one of the first 5 hits will have the correct password.

It's easier to lookup the correct password than avoid the login page. So, there is not much point in making it harder to avoid the login page.
