okay so as most people know there is the leader of all of us, the big man, the one who started this all. so how exactly can the leader keep track of all of us and our actions. i suggest this since there is no definite track at what we dollars do in our parts of town, why dont we make sub-leaders for the people that are in the gang that are near us. the sub-leaders wont be anything special they will just be in a sense in charge of that one group of people that they live near in that area. this so they wont e able to make the same orders as the original leader. if anyone has any edits to this or anything please share.
